JOB Vacancy Posts: Chief of Staff
Position Overview: We are in search of an exceptionally adept and versatile Chief of Staff/Executive Assistant to fortify our executive leadership team and ensure the seamless functioning of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch administrative support between the CEO and executive team, including managing complex schedules, high-level meetings, and detailed travel plans.
- Act as a key liaison between the executive team and both internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and coordinate important projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and achieve their goals accurately.
- Prepare and improve reports, presentations, and communications for executive discussions.
- Assist in planning and executing strategic organizational initiatives.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information.
- Oversee office operations and promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required, with a Master’s degree preferred. Preference will be given to candidates with an international degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated excellence in a similar role, such as an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff, providing support to Chief Executive Officer.
- Superior organizational and multitasking capabilities, complemented by a
- meticulous attention to detail.
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software platforms.
- Proven capacity to operate independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Established record of handling confidential information with utmost discretion.
Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Atleast 8 years of experience within Banking and Financial Institutions.
- Advanced academic qualifications or professional certifications. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
